Williams GB Gin, 40%

Much like our Elegant Gin, Williams GB Gin is unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply redistilled. Our GB Gin is made from the same potatoes grown on the family farm in Herefordshire that produce our own single-estate vodka, which is then infused with our carefully considered selection of fine botanicals.

We infuse juniper buds and berries to ensure that we distil the driest gin possible, followed by wild botanicals including; cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon to ensure a distinct and robust flavour.

• Nose: Dry juniper with zesty citrus and then some warm spicy notes.
• Palate: Juniper, dark chocolate and citrus zest upfront on the palate, followed by warm, spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
• Finish: Full bodied and robust leaving a dry finish.
• Recommended Serve: Use to create a well-balanced GB&T - 1 part GB Gin, 3 parts tonic water, build in a highball glass over lots of ice, stir and garnish with fresh ginger and a lemon wedge.
