Chase Eureka Citrus Gin, 40%

One of just 1000 bottles, our latest addition to the portfolio is full of delicious, zesty citrus flavours, so good that it doesn’t even require a garnish!

Using our Naked Chase apple vodka as a base we gently infuse eleven carefully selected botanicals in our Carter head style gin still Ginny, these include; juniper, Eureka lemon, lime, Valencian orange, pink grapefruit, elderflower, liquorice and bitter almond.

• Nose: Lime leads with floral notes of orange blossom and elderflower.
• Palate: Lime zest upfront on the palate drifting into smooth earthiness of liquorice, creating a mellow and rounded mid palate.
• Finish: Bitter lemon and pink grapefruit finish.
• Recommended Serve: Try it with ice and tonic, but without a garnish for a fantastically citrusy G&T. We also like to serve it as a fresh and fruity English Bramble.

English Bramble; 50ml Chase Eureka Citrus Gin, 25ml lemon juice, 12.5ml sugar syrup, 12.5ml Blackcurrant Liqueur, shake all ingredients except the liqueur with ice and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Drizzle liqueur over the top and garnish with slices of lemon.
