Williams Chase Sparkling Rosé - Case of 6

Our Sparkling Rosé starts with a base blend identical to that of our Chateau Constantin 2013 Rosé. Light salmon pink in colour and crisp, fresh and fruity, the rosé is a singing tribute to Provence. Beautifully balanced, it boasts affluent stone fruit aromas of white peach and grapefruit combined with an underlying essence of crushed strawberries and Provençal herbs. The smooth and creamy texture sits in harmony with a steely minerality leading to a long, refreshing, lingering finish.

Deliciously quaffable on a warm afternoon or the perfect accompaniment to a salad Niçoise – the wine epitomises the South of France and the long sunny days from this very special part of the world.
