Someone once told James Chase and his friends at Pizza Pilgrims that exquisite limoncello can only come from Italy. So they made Pococello – and proved that person wrong. Blending Chase Vodka with the finest Amalfi lemons, this punchy citrus liqueur rivals Italy’s best.

Nose: Freshly cut lemons.
Palate: Thick and oily with a sweet vanilla creaminess - thick lemon meringue pie.
Finish: Intense citrus with lingering lemon zest
Recommended Serve: although it is hard to beat Pococello served as an ice cold shot, the team have been working with some of the best bartenders in Soho to devise a selection of cocktails and long drinks.

Pococello and Tonic: Combine 35ml Pococello with 200ml Fever-Tree Tonic over ice in a tall glass and stir. Garnish with fresh lemon.

Pococello Martini: rinse a cocktail glass with Pococello, before stirring 5ml Pococello, 50ml Chase Vodka and 5ml Nolly Prat Dry Vermouth with ice in a mixing glass. Single strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
