Pococello and Tonic: Combine 35ml Pococello with 200ml Fever-Tree Tonic over ice in a tall glass and stir. Garnish with fresh lemon.
Pococello Martini: rinse a cocktail glass with Pococello, before stirring 5ml Pococello, 50ml Chase Vodka and 5ml Nolly Prat Dry Vermouth with ice in a mixing glass. Single strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
